I ordered a Unique Stichey hoodie. In the listing Stitch is described as bold and vibrant. The pictures show him as dark blue with pink/purple inside the ears and tongue.
Mine has arrived and it looks unfinished. Stitch is light blue with white in the ears and a white tongue. It makes it look so different. I contacted by email to ask if there was any way this could be resolved as I understood no returns are accepted. (I was happy to pay to send it back to be fixed.) I was informed ‘thread design colours / hoodie shades may be slightly different in terms of shade depending what is available at the time, If the ears and character is just a bit lighter shaded then that will be the threads we have available at the time of embroidery’. I responded with a picture to ask if they should be white as that’s not lighter that’s colourless but I got no response.
I love the design and to wait 3 weeks for it to be more than slightly different to how it’s shown is so disappointing.
Just bare this in mind when ordering. I’ve given 3 stars to be fair as I did receive something, the initial communication and the quality.
