Good item, really nice to wear. Good embroidery.

But!

I feel that they was unable to follow instructions. I request the embrorder of my place of work and name in that order, unfortunately, they did it the opposite way round 😞.

The NHS badge seems to be not straight.

Santina are not the best at keeping you updated on there order.
